Verification Process

88 fb may request documents to verify identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or any government-recognised identity document. An account opened using false information will be closed immediately and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

88 fb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit is available up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, the total balance will be ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
• Winnings from bets placed with a bonus will be added to the bonus balance.
• If a cash withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• Specific game categories may apply towards meeting the wagering requirement for a bonus — this will be stated on each offer's page.
• If bonus misuse or an attempt to claim the same bonus more than once is detected, the account may be suspended.

Casino and Betting Operating Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activities on 88 fb, including slots, live casino, and sports betting:

General Game Rules

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• In cases of attempted financial fraud.

Member's Right to Close Their Own Account

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances and bonus-related winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement has not been met.
